What you get

The same modules you’ll open after you sign in.

Schedule

Week calendar, board, leave, work orders, collections, and installations. Today, calls, and requests sit under Home.

Clients & leads

Companies you visit and bill, plus inquiries you follow up until they convert. Computers stay on the client.

Sales

Quotes, invoices, payments, subscriptions, and a statement of account from the same client record.

Catalog

Items fill quote and invoice lines. Licenses attach to installation visits and certificates.

Finance

Bank outflows and petty cash sit beside the schedule so field and office money stay visible.

Knowledge

Staff articles and a public Help Center. A private notepad lives under Home. Publish when an article is ready for customers.

Work orders and a client signature when the visit is done

Day-before confirmation calls and office request queues

Personnel, attendance, and staff accounts with role permissions

Inside the app

Built around a day of real office work, not a demo calendar.

Land on today’s work

After sign-in, Home is the office board: visits, calls, leads due, and requests. Field staff see the jobs assigned to them.

Keep the calendar as the hub

Every visit has a mode, a status, a client, and at least one assignee. Completing an onsite visit on a phone captures a signature.

Questions

Before you send a customer the account number.

What does it cost?
Starter, Team, and Office are all free. Create a company, then wait for the developer to approve it before staff can sign in. Every company gets the full product.
Who is Calendario for?
Offices that schedule client visits, confirm them the day before, and bill the same companies — plus field staff who need today’s jobs on a phone.
How do staff sign in?
Use the email and password an admin created under Accounts. Next visits on this device can use a 4-digit PIN.
How do customers see their visits?
They open the customer portal and enter the 8-digit account number from a visit or invoice. No staff password.
Where is the knowledge base?
The Help Center lists public articles. Drafts and private staff notes stay inside the signed-in app.
Where does the data live?
On the machine that runs the app. Staff can download a JSON backup of their workspace from Settings.
